Refund policy

At Pee-zy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is how the return process works.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its labels and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, send us an email at contact@pee-zy.fr with your order number and, if possible, a few photos of the product in question. We will respond quickly, usually within 2 business days, to validate your request and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please ship the product to the return address we provide in our response. Once we have received and checked the condition of the product, we will issue a full refund.

The refund will be made via the original payment method within 10 business days. If this deadline is exceeded, please do not hesitate to contact us for personalized assistance.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including: opened, perishable, personalized, or promotional items.

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without having to justify your decision, provided that the return conditions are met.

Finally, please note that the personal data you provide us with during the return process is used solely to process your request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is kept for as long as necessary to respond to your request.
