Returns Policy

At Pee-zy, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here is how our returns process works.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please send us an email at contact@pee-zy.fr with your order number and, if possible, a few photos of the product in question. We will respond promptly, usually within 2 working days, to validate your request and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please dispatch the product to the return address provided in our response. Once we have received and verified the condition of the item, we will issue a full refund.

The refund will be processed via your original payment method within 10 working days. Should this period be exceeded, please do not hesitate to contact us for a personalised follow-up.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including: items that have been opened, perishable goods, personalised items, or items on sale.

In accordance with European regulations, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order, without having to justify your decision, provided that the return conditions are met.

Finally, please be aware that the personal data you provide during the returns process is used solely to handle your request, in compliance with our Privacy Policy. It is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill your request.
