Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Zones

We deliver exclusively to Mainland France and the United Kingdom. Before finalising your order, please verify your eligibility for the available delivery services.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • 🇫🇷 France:

    • Timescales: 4 to 7 working days.

    • Delivery Fees: Free.

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

    • Timescales: 4 to 7 working days.

    • Delivery Fees: Free.

Please note that your items may be delivered in multiple parcels, sometimes arriving a few days apart.

These timescales are estimates only. Any delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs are beyond our responsibility.

3. Delivery Methods & Fees

  • Delivery via selected carrier (often Colissimo) to your address.

  • Free delivery for orders over €35 in Mainland France and €40 internationally.

  • No "click and collect" or pick-up point options are offered at this time.

4. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. You can check the delivery status directly via the carrier's website or through your customer account.

5. Delivery Issues (Lost, damaged, or missing parcels)

  • Please report any issues to contact@pee-zy.fr as soon as possible.

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier and respond to you within 48 working hours.

  • In the event of a favourable outcome from the investigation, we will proceed with a free reshipment or a full refund of your order.

8. Additional Provisions & Liability

  • Delivery timescales begin from the final confirmation of the order.

  • As soon as the parcel is handled by the carrier, the responsibility for the products is transferred to you.

  • We decline any responsibility for delays or events beyond our control.
