We deliver exclusively to mainland France. Before finalizing your order, please check your eligibility for the available delivery service.

Your items may be delivered in several packages, sometimes a few days apart.


These estimates are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any delays due to the carrier, weather, or customs.

3. Delivery methods & costs

Delivery by selected carrier (often Colissimo) to your address.
Free delivery on orders over €35 in mainland France and €40 abroad.
No delivery options to pick-up points are currently available.

4. Tracking shipments
A tracking number is provided for each order. You can check the delivery status directly on the carrier's website or from your customer account.

5. Delivery issues (lost, damaged, or undelivered packages)

Please report any issues to contact@pee-zy.fr as soon as possible.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and respond to you within 48 business hours.
If the investigation is successful, we will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund.
